ROUTE OPTIONS
BY CAR:
Mt Baw Baw Tourist Route: Scenic, fully sealed road with steep gradients and some sharp turns. Use the Warburton Highway and exit at Yarra Junction or the M1 Princess Highway exiting at Drouin to connect with this route. Travel through Noojee, Icy Creek and Tanjil Bren before turning off at Resort entry gates.
South Face Road: Includes approx 25km of unsealed road however can be preferable in bad weather due to even gradient and easy turns. Use the M1 Princess Hwy and exit at the Moe turn off before travelling through Erica and Parkers Corner.

BY TRAIN & BUS:
Trains operate from Melbourne CBD to Moe Train Station (VLine regional service) for transfer to Mt Baw Baw refer to below services.

RESORT ENTRY & CAR PARKING
Quick tips: After parking your car, leave the vehicle IN GEAR, the handbrake OFF and your windscreeen wipers UP to avoid having them frozen in place.
And don't forget to fuel up before you arrive! There are no petrol station facilities on mountain.
Diesel fuelled vehicles will require an appropriate alpine diesel to prevent fuel freeze.
Green Season: Free resort entry and car parking.
White Season: Resort entry fees apply to all motor vehicles, coaches and taxis entering Australian Alpine zones during the declared white season. Entry permits can be purchased in advance from the Resort website or at the gate on arrival. More details here.
During the White Season, overnight guests can use Carpark 1 (closest to resort entry) to unload luggage but are required to move their vehicle to Carparks 2, 3 or 4 for long term parking.
